Online store redbaronesss.com informs its customers that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (LCP) of Bulgarian legislation the goods received by the CLIENT due to the nature of online commerce can be returned within 14 days, without explicit reasons for this, as long as the condition of the goods is the same as it has been obtained, haven’t been used except for a sample, the integrity of the packaging is not damaged, have preserved their presentation (all labels, stickers, etc.)

 In case of refusal of the order, the CLIENT is obliged immediately to notify the SUPPLIER by sending an e-mail with a standard cancellation declaration with the following information:
